Leon Theremin - The Inventor and Maestro

" A shout out " - The Studio in Portland, Maine is recognized for some recording

The Alpha Omega Studio in North Reading, Massachusetts is recognized for some recording

Home based recording is included in many samples. Audacity SW has served us well at home.

Peavey and Moog are noted as great equipment choices.

Backing Tracks and trying different ones keeps it new and improvisational; then there are old favorites of covers and covers of covers and songs that have grown into our music heritage and culture.

Some good resources would include:

Karaoke-version.com

MP3minus.com

Justbackingtracks.com

Guitarmaps.com

Texasbluesalley.com

Guitarcommand.com

Guitarbackingtracks.com

All backing track songs are for sample and experimentation purposes with the Theremin; no commercial use is applied.

If you hear a track and want to know more about its source and designated key, please send e-mail message

Based on what you hear or what your ensemble & band does, use the backing track songs with different Theremin accompaniments to experience some unique structured and freeform sound.

In practice sessions (only), some use of on-line resources like SiriusXM, Wiki loops, and Soundcloud.

Early Self-Taught artists would have listened and practiced with records over and over; my approach is similar with many resources like backing tracks, CDs, on-line playlists, even some old Vinyl.

Thanks Everyone
